I made a collage today. I like it and so does my sister. That's pretty cool coming from awesome artistic person as herself. I told some people that I haven't got my poems done yet. I lied.

it seems people don't understand
what life is really about
sometimes you to take a stand
not taking the easy way out
that you don't run when shit gets scary
you say there and in sight
even if you escape with your life barely
it doesn't matter if you win the fight
things will blow up in your face
maybe it is not your fault
if that is the case

who am i?
i am a guy
with not many issuses
so spare the tissues
i haven't been through been thin and thick
some people make me sick
they think they can pull wool over my eyes
but they don't realize that i'm the one in disguise
i sit here in silence
choosing not to take part in the violence
i try so hard to not lash out
people really don't what i'm about
not to get lyrical
i'm only here to be literal
sitting here for a long time
watching this crime
watching these two kids go at each other
because one kid said something about the other's brother
what exactly the use?
the brother gives him nothing but abuse
so what's the point of it
if they don't really give a shit
they need to get rid of that pinned up rage
before the government sends straight them to the cage
they need to rethink their lives
drop the guns, blades, and knives
instead of getting into fights and brawls
they need some time in those study halls
to set them straight and make something of their life
so buddy it's ok now you can drop the knife
