I could sit here and tell you that my absence from blog was from tennis matches or writing my short story in creative writing, but I'm not going to. When I am busy, it is hard to get away and blog.
I just am glad that the week is basically over. I'm so ready to see Meg outside of school. With 3 matches this week and the short story, I've had little time to actually relax. I've been attacked by some many days of the week and have tasted bitter defeat throughout the week.
I'm ready for some adventure. I want to go driving to random places during a foggy night. I want to go out to Stone Cabin and Anderson's. I want to dance under the thundering sky with blowing me this way and that. I want to go rock climbing. I want to go canoeing down a river. I want to box. I want to watch all the great movies and listen to the best music. I want to watch drunks desperately try to dance and fall down trying. I want to laugh my ass off after some tells a stupid joke or says something incredibly strange and funny. I want to spend some time with Meg. I want to say the most romantic things to her. I want to finish my short story.
Speaking of which, I've decided on a title: Nine Out of Ten. It's a heist story, so it's going to take a while to write. Right now, I'm working a five page rewrite. It's not all that fun, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Tomorrow we play Shelbyville, so we going to break this losing streak that we're in. I kind of tired of losing, but we have been playing the best team. I feel that I have definitely improved since my freshmen year. I feel like that I can actually play well at times. Well, I'm out for now.
